Getting Started
To start, go to app.hireology.com and use your email and password to log in. If you have forgotten your password and wish to reset it, please click on ‘Forget your Password?’
As a Hireology user, can manage the email notifications you wish to receive for activity within your account. You can adjust these emails and their frequency in your user settings menu.
Once you have adjusted the communication settings to your liking, you are ready to start creating user permissions and adding users to your account. At Hireology, you have access to an unlimited number of users. However, only users with ‘Admin’ access can edit or create new user permissions. Next, you can adjust the settings for your Career Site directly from your Hireology account. These content-rich career sites are designed to help you tell your company store and attract interested applicants from any device.
Opening a Job
As you wrap up configuring your account settings, you are ready to open your first job within Hireology. Once you have successfully opened a new job, it will automatically be broadcasted to Google for Jobs, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Jooble, Jobcase, Careerjet, Talent.com, and Lensa.
With each open job, there is an associated hiring process that your team can follow to ensure you are creating a consistent hiring process across hiring managers and locations.
Connect to LinkedIn

Reviewing Applicants

Customizing Your Account
