The redesigned Insights dashboard now includes a new tab for Indeed Sponsorship reporting. Users can view all sponsored jobs along with posting dates, locations, total spend, and associated performance metrics.

Low Applicant Flow & No Hires Made Tiles

Spot jobs with very few applicants and jobs with no hires made within Action Center’s dashboard. Customize parameters to get notified when it matters most.

Access a snapshot of key Insights metrics directly in Action Center, including total hires, average time to review, and time to hire over the past 30 days.

Send Availability Button within Interview Scheduler

A new “Send Availability” button is being added to Interview Scheduler, enabling users to share multi-day availability without selecting specific times. Availability can be sent up to 14 days in advance, with customizable candidate visibility settings.

QR Code & Flyer Generator

Customers with Referrals or on the Pro and All-in-One packages will soon have the ability to generate QR codes and recruitment flyers for individual jobs or career sites. These QR codes enable quick application access and allow for conversion tracking within Insights.

Bug Fixes

• Applicant syncing with ClearCare is now working as expected after resolving an issue that previously prevented applicants from transferring properly.
• Email addresses can now be entered in full when sponsoring jobs on Indeed after fixing a character limit issue in the input field.
• Applicant and candidate counts are now displaying correctly on the new Jobs page after addressing a reporting issue that showed "0" despite activity.

Hires Page Now in Action Center

The Hires page is now located in Action Center, giving admins a centralized view to track and manage hires across all locations. This update replaces its previous location under the Locations tab, streamlining post-hire workflows and onboarding.

Clickboarding Welcome/Password Reset

Customers can now resend Clickboarding welcome emails or password resets directly from Hireology, no support ticket needed. This update streamlines onboarding and helps candidates get started faster. Learn more in our knowledge base.

• Interview scheduling is now working as expected after resolving an issue that prevented some users from completing the process.
• Disposition codes are now being recorded properly after fixing a problem that caused them to be missed on required accounts.
• Job statuses are once again displaying correctly on the jobs page following a recent update.
• Job descriptions are now appearing as expected on the job details page and application after addressing a display issue.

Hireology’s new UX updates are now live for all users. These updates are designed to speed up, simplify, and improve the hiring process.

Enhanced TextApply Feature

Candidates must now manually type “Apply” and hit send to trigger the application flow, ensuring compatibility across all devices. In the past, the keyword would auto-populate when candidates scanned the QR code.

Global Search - In Preview

Toggle between candidates and jobs in the Global Search bar. Search for jobs across any status and instantly see key details. Click “See All Results” to run your search on the Jobs Page and view all matches.

Comments within Action Center

Action Center now includes Comments, making team communication easier. Add internal comments directly in the Job Details Drawer to share updates, track progress, and flag key details. Stay informed with recent activity and a full comment history—all in one place.

Bug Fixes 

Here's a rundown of some recent enhancements we've made to Hireology.

• We fixed an issue where the job role data field wasn’t populating, which prevented job postings.

• You can now sync your calendar without issues—this problem has been resolved.

• Users can now share candidate information via email links without any problems.

• We’ve resolved an issue with the BCC/CC feature in the app—email suggestions will now appear while typing instead of requiring manual entry.

• Access to candidate test results in Caliper assessments is now working correctly after fixing a previous error.
