Your Hireology account includes prebuilt Prescreen Surveys. These surveys are made up of automatically scored True and False statements that help you identify if applicants are qualified for a job. You can use the surveys as they are or customize them to better fit your open roles.

Editing the Prescreen Survey In Advance
Prescreen Surveys can be edited in advance or when opening a job. To edit a survey in advance, begin by clicking 'Hiring Steps' at the top of your hiring site.
Next, click the 'Prescreen Surveys' tab.
Click on the survey you would like to edit.
You can review the statements that are currently included in the Prescreen Survey. To make changes, click the 'Edit' button.
Click 'Remove' to delete a statement.
You can also reorder survey statements by dragging and dropping them in the order you prefer.
If you want to change the name of your Prescreen Survey, you can do so by editing the field at the top of the screen.
Make sure to click 'Save' when you are finished!
Editing the Prescreen Survey When Opening a Job
If you didn't customize a Prescreen Survey in advance, you can still make changes as part of the job posting process! This is done after clicking through the '+Open a Job' steps until reaching the Hiring Steps setup on page 3.
If a Prescreen Survey has not been added to the Hiring Steps yet, click 'Add hiring step' at the bottom of the page.
Select 'Prescreen Survey'.
Next, click the arrow to view the available Prescreen Survey options, then select the survey you would like to use.
You can click the edit icon to view the survey statements.
Click 'Edit' and follow the steps above to make changes to the survey!
