SMS templates are an excellent way to save time and ensure consistency when communicating with applicants.

Creating a Template
There are two ways you can create SMS message templates. Once a template is created, it will be available for use by all users within your account. If you have a Corporate // Location hierarchy, templates created in the Corporate account will be available to your Location account(s).
Follow these steps to create SMS templates in advance:
1. Click 'Hi' in the top right corner of your account.
2. Click 'Settings'.
3. Select the 'SMS Templates' tab.
4. Click 'Create New'.
5. Enter the title and message body, then click 'Save'.
Follow these steps to create an SMS template on the fly:
1. Select an applicant or candidate and click the 'SMS' button.
2. Choose '+ Create New Template' from the "Select a template" menu.
3. Enter the title and message body, then click 'Save'.

Editing a Template
To edit an existing SMS Template, start by clicking 'Hi' in the top, right corner of your account. Select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu.
Next, click on the ‘SMS Templates’ tab on the Settings page. Click the ‘Edit’ button next to the template you wish to make changes to. Make sure to save your changes!
1. Click 'Hi'.
2. Click 'Settings'.
3. Select the 'SMS Templates' tab.
4. Click 'Edit' beside the template you would like to modify.
Archiving a Template
If you no longer wish to use a template you can archive it. This won’t delete it completely, but it will move it out of the list of templates that you see when sending messages to applicants.
To archive click on the ‘Hi' in the top right corner of your account and select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu. Go to the SMS Templates tag on the Settings page and click ‘Archive’ next to a template.
If you would like to move an archived template back to active, just click on the Archived list and click ‘Unarchive’.
1. Click 'Hi'.
2. Click 'Settings'.
3. Select the 'SMS Templates' tab.
4. Click 'Archive' beside the template you would like to remove.
5. To unarchive, click the 'Archived' tab.
6. Click 'Unarchive'.
