Interview Scheduling
Interview Scheduling has been rebuilt on a new architecture. Calendar invites now send automatically when an interview is scheduled — no manual entry required. Four new capabilities are included: multiple calendar sync to prevent double-bookings, video conferencing auto-attach so every invite includes a meeting link, buffer times between interviews, and custom availability windows that control when candidates can book.

Candidate Pipeline
We rebuilt the Candidate Pipeline to match how your team actually hires. Every stage from Applied to Offer reflects your real workflow, with drag-and-drop actions and bulk updates to move candidates faster. Real-time stage counts and filtering keep hiring managers on top of every open role, and @mention comments give your team shared visibility without the back-and-forth.

Standalone Requisitions
Standalone Requisitions let your team kick off the headcount approval process before a full job is created. Hiring managers submit a req form to request headcount and budget sign-off — once approved, recruiters build out the job details from there. Approval workflows, centralized request visibility, and decision history are all included.
ADP Marketplace
We've updated our ADP Marketplace listing to make it easier to connect Hireology to ADP Workforce Now on your own. If you haven't set up the integration yet, visit our ADP Marketplace listing to get started.

March Releases
Vertical- and Role-Specific Background Check Packages
Hireology's background check offering now includes vertical- and role-specific packages purpose-built for the industries we serve: Healthcare, Automotive, and Hospitality. Each package is structured around the checks most relevant to specific roles — matching the hiring risks and screening coverage each position actually requires — and provides clearer guidance on what to order
The available catalog of check types has also expanded. Organizations can now order abuse registries, credit checks, and post-accident drug screens — check types that were not previously available within the platform. These additions support safety and compliance needs for higher-risk roles and incident-based situations, giving teams more flexibility to screen appropriately without stepping outside of Hireology.
All background checks are powered by Accurate Background, delivering fast, compliant results at scale. Everything is ordered, tracked, and managed directly within Hireology — no additional vendors, logins, or manual steps required.

Custom Job Details Pages
Hireology now supports Custom Job Details Pages, giving multi-location organizations more control over how job information is structured across their hiring workflows. Parent accounts can define standardized job detail fields and push configurations down to child locations, while still allowing regional or franchise teams to tailor fields to their specific operational or HRIS needs.
Job details are now managed directly within Hireology, reducing reliance on external intake tools and improving data consistency, reporting accuracy, and HRIS alignment from the start of the hiring process.
