For assistance on background check and drug screen orders, you may be asked for the Order Confirmation Number. In this article we will review how to locate that number for a specific candidate.

Locating your background check order confirmation number

If you know where to find your candidate, navigate to the candidates page and click on the "Background Check" tile. The order confirmation number is listed at the top of the screen.

If you do not know the job where the candidate lives, you can search for the candidates name in Advanced Candidate Search.  Enter the candidate's name and then select them from the drop down. 

Select the job where the background check was ordered from the right hand side. If the candidate is featured in multiple roles, take note of their status and look for "Background Check Ordered" status.Select the Background Check step from the left-hand menu. 

The order confirmation number is available at the top of the order.
