We have simplified our screening into three primary tiers aligned with how businesses actually hire:
General
Best for: Front Desk Staff, Scheduling Coordinators, Billing Specialists, and Administrative Assistants. Provides foundational criminal history screening to ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for patients, residents, and colleagues across non-clinical support functions.
Caregiver
Best for: Home Health Aides, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants, and Direct Support Professionals. Purpose-built for roles involving hands-on patient or resident care, including driving verification, drug screening, and abuse registry checks required for in-home and facility-based caregiving.
Clinical
Best for: Nurses (RN/LPN), Medical Assistants, Therapists, and Allied Health Professionals. Comprehensive screening for licensed clinical roles, combining criminal history, federal checks, drug panels, and license verification to meet credentialing and compliance requirements.
Director
Best for: Department Directors, Administrators, DONs, and Executive Leadership. Enhanced screening for roles carrying operational, financial, or regulatory accountability, including credit history and deeper federal and identity verification appropriate for facility leadership.
How to Order a Background Check
Open the profile of the candidate you wish to screen. Click the Background Check button.
Select the package that aligns with the candidate’s role (General, Caregiver, Clinical, Director). Press Continue to move forward.
Review the candidate’s information and click Confirm. The candidate will receive an email to provide their authorization and personal details securely.
