Package Options by Role
We have simplified our screening into two role types across three tiers, aligned with how hospitality businesses actually hire:
General
Best for: Front Desk Agents, Housekeeping Staff, Food & Beverage Associates, Concierge, and Guest Services team members. These packages are designed for guest-facing and support roles where foundational screening helps ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Basic: Quicksearch criminal history screening. Provides core coverage for entry-level and hourly positions with limited access to sensitive areas or financial systems.
- Standard: Quicksearch + Federal + 4/5-Panel drug screening. Ideal for roles with regular guest interaction or access to property systems, adding federal records and drug screening to the foundational check.
- Enhanced: Quicksearch Full History w/Alias + Federal + 4/5-Panel. Comprehensive screening for general staff in roles with elevated trust or access, including alias name history for a more complete criminal record review.
Management
Best for: Department Managers, Assistant General Managers, General Managers, Directors of Operations, and Executive Leadership. These packages are built for roles carrying financial, operational, or staff oversight responsibilities.
- Basic: N/A — Management roles require a minimum of Standard screening.
- Standard: Quicksearch + Federal + 4/5-Panel drug screening. Appropriate for supervisory and mid-level management roles with team or budget oversight.
- Enhanced: Quicksearch Full History w/Alias + Federal + 4/5-Panel + Credit. Full-spectrum screening for senior leadership and roles with financial accountability, adding credit history and deeper identity verification appropriate for executive-level positions.
How to Order a Background Check
Move your candidate to the hiring stage that houses background checks. Click the Order Background Check button.
Select the package that aligns with the candidate's role type (General or Management) and tier (Basic, Standard, or Enhanced). Press Continue to move forward.
Review the candidate’s information and click Confirm. The candidate will receive an email to provide their authorization and personal details securely.
