At this time, the Hireology / Workday Integration is available exclusively to AGS customers. Please watch for future announcements regarding wider availability.
The Hireology and Workday integration allows you to seamlessly sync new hires from Hireology directly into Workday, saving time and speeding up your time-to-start. Once a candidate is marked as "Hired" in Hireology, you can push their information directly into Workday without any manual re-entry.

Supported Data Fields
The following candidate data fields are supported in the sync:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Hire Date
• Job Profile
• Supervisory Org
• Location
• Employee Type
• Hire Reason
• Position Time Type
• Compensation Type
Activating the Workday Integration
Select "Management" from the left navigation and then select "Integrations Marketplace"
"Connected Integrations" will be shown at the top of the marketplace, all other integrations options will be available below.
Syncing New Hire Data
Once your integration is set up and added to the hiring process, the next equally important step is to sync your new hires. This will ensure that new hire data pushes into Workday and allows for employee data to sync back into Hireology. Follow the steps below to transfer data for a newly hired candidate.
Mark the candidate as hired, select the start date and click 'Apply'. You can do this from the candidate card or from the Pre-Hire stage.
Click "Sync" next to the Workday integration option.
Enter the requested fields for the new hire then select "Sync".
The recently hired employee will appear in your inbox. Your first action will be to update their SSN information.
Next update their personal information.
Next up is to change organization assignments.
After completing, update compensation information.
You can then validate the information by accessing the new hires profile.
Important Notes
PRN Employees: You cannot hire a PRN employee as a Full Time employee. Attempting to do so will result in an error message. If this occurs, select "Back" and modify the Position Time Type to "Part Time" before proceeding.
