A Predictive Index (PI) test allows recruiters and hiring managers to evaluate the cognitive abilities, personality traits and behavioral tendencies of a potential employee. With the Hireology and PI integration, you can confidently select the best candidate for your role.

Enabling the Predictive Index (PI) Integration
You will need PI partner API key in order to complete the integration. Check out this support article from PI if you are not sure how to locate your API key.
Select "Management" from the left navigation and then select "Integrations Marketplace"
"Connected Integrations" will be shown at the top of the marketplace, all other integrations options will be available below.
Select "Connect" from the Marketplace.
Enter your PI API Key, then click 'Save'.
Adding PI to your Hiring Process
Once PI is connected to your Hireology account, make sure it is added to the hiring steps for applicable roles.
Ordering a PI Test
Navigate to the Testing hiring step within the candidate drawer or advance a candidate to the testing stage. Select "Order More Tests".
You will see PI as an option for you to select. Use the drop down menu to select a job title and then choose from the available options of Behavioral or Cognitive, based on your PI subscription.
Select "Continue" to move through the checkout process and place your order
