The Hireology and Adams Keegan integration reduces friction by securely transferring new hire data from Hireology to Adams Keegan. With this integration, you can convert a candidate to an employee in real-time of them being hired.

Requirements:
In order to enable this integration, you must have an active account with Adams Keegan.
Setting up the Integration:
Contact your Adams Keegan representative to let them know that you are interested in setting up the integration with your Hireology account and request that Adams Keegan provide you a list of your locations and locations IDs, which you will need to activate the integration.
Next contact your Hireology Customer Success Manager or support@hireology.com to let them know that you are interested in setting up an integration with your Adams Keegan account and share the list of locations and location IDs.
Hireology will activate the integration and map your Hireology locations to the correct Adams Keegan location IDs based on the provided location list.
Once connected, you will see the integration available and active in your Settings!
Find the Adams Keegan integration from the list of available options and click 'Connect'.
How the Integration Works
Once enabled, and added to your hiring process the Hireology and Adams Keegan integration will allow you to sync new hire data to Adams Keegan.
To sync a hire’s information, you’ll navigate to the Hires tab within the job and click the ‘Sync to Adams Keegan’ button.
Once you click sync, you’ll be prompted to review/confirm or enter data for the following fields to complete the sync:
- SSN
- Pay Rate Type (hourly or salary)
- Position Type (full time or part time)
- Rate
- Pay Frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly)
Once you click sync, you’ll see a confirmation message and the status on the button will update to ‘Synced’ for that hire.
Note: If you’ve entered pay rate type, position type, and pay frequency in the compensation section when creating the job, we will default those fields to what you entered originally but you can update them if there have been any changes since posting the job.
The following fields will be transferred to Adams Keegan:
- First and Last Name
- Address
- SSN
- Position Title
- Position Type
- Start Date
- Pay Rate Type
- Rate
- Pay Frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly)
Once new hires are synced, they will automatically appear in the Onboarding tab within your Adams Keegan account.
