Package Options by Role
We have simplified our screening into three primary tiers aligned with how dealerships actually hire:
Auto Driver
Best for: Service Technicians, Valets, Parts Drivers, and Porters. Focuses on driving history and safety to ensure anyone behind the wheel of a customer or dealership vehicle is qualified.
Auto General
Best for: Sales Consultants, Administrative Staff, and Detailers. Provides a comprehensive overview of criminal history and general background to ensure a safe and trustworthy work environment.
Auto Finance
Best for: F&I Managers, Office Managers, and General Managers. Enhanced screening for roles with access to sensitive financial data or dealership leadership, including deeper credit and criminal verification.
How to Order a Background Check
Open the profile of the candidate you wish to screen. Click the Background Check button.
Select the package that aligns with the candidate’s role (Auto Driver, Auto General, or Auto Finance). Press Continue to move forward.
Review the candidate’s information and click Confirm. The candidate will receive an email to provide their authorization and personal details securely.
