Hireology is fully integrated with our automated reference check partner, SkillSurvey. Once a SkillSurvey is ordered on a candidate, you will be able to see real-time status updates in your account.

SkillSurvey Status Definitions
As soon as the order is processed in your account, you will be able to see the status change from 'Send' to 'Pending'.
You can use this as a tool to communicate with other hiring managers to let them know that the order has been processed without having to leave the platform.
When the candidate begins the process of entering their reference information, the status will update to 'Awaiting Responses'.
Under the References tab, you will see the status page for a particular candidate's SkillSurvey. There are a few different statuses that will populate on this page.
'Awaiting Response' means that the reference has not yet completed their survey.
'Received' means that the reference has completed the survey. However, you are not able to see their feedback unless the minimum number of references have responded and you finalize the report.
The 'Finalize & View Report' option will be available when the minimum number of references have responded with their feedback.
At this point, you can choose to finalize the report or wait until more references have responded before you click the button to see the report.
When you click 'Finalize & View Report' you will be able to view the risk factor of that applicant based on their reference's feedback. You can also click 'view report' to see more details.
The candidate's overall score will be reflected on the Job and Report Card pages.
