Connectors are the people who refer candidates to your company. Connectors may be employees, contractors, candidates, alumni, customers, or the general public.

Adding Connectors Individually
To add a Connector, begin by clicking 'Launch Referrals' to open the referrals portal.
Next, click 'Connectors' in the side navigation.
Click the ellipses menu at the bottom of the page and select 'Add Connector'.
Enter the requested information and click 'Submit'.
The new connector will now appear in your Connectors.
Adding Connectors in Bulk
To add Connectors in bulk, you will need a CSV file with your Connector's full name, email, phone number, and any custom fields you would like to import. For the best results, please map the Connector's name to their full name (i.e. John Doe). If you upload something like "Doe, John" then you will encounter formatting issues.
In your Referrals portal, click the 'Connectors' tab.
Next, click the ellipses menu at the bottom of the page and select 'Import Connectors'.
You will then be able to upload data from a file (.csv, .tsv, .txt spreadsheets accepted).
Select 'Continue' once you have uploaded your list.
You will see a confirmation pop-up asking if you are ready to submit the list.
Once uploaded, you will see a confirmation pop-up sharing the stats from your upload.
Your new connectors will appear in your Connectors.
Connector Statuses
Below is the list of the statuses and their descriptions that your Connectors can have.
- All - Includes all Connectors
- New - Connectors who have been added to your program but have not yet received a campaign message
- Invited - Connectors who have been sent at least one campaign message
- Referred - Connectors who have submitted a referral but have not yet had a referral hired
- Hired - Connectors who have submitted a referral who was hired
Building Connector Lists
Once you have added your connectors with their full name, email, phone, and any custom fields, you can create a Connector Lis to easily organize a group.
To do this, click the 'Connectors' tab.
Next, click the 'Filter' icon, then click 'Add Filter'.
Enter the criteria you would like to group Connectors by.
Select 'Set' to generate a list of Connectors matching that criteria.
Click 'Save' to save the list.
Enter a name for the new Connector List, then click 'Submit' to save.
To view your Connectors by list, click the arrow to the right of the filter icon and select the Connector List you'd like to see.
Adding Custom Connector Tags to Your Account
If you would like to build a Connector List using a detail that is not currently available, you can add custom Connector tags to your account.
To do this, click the 'Settings' tab.
Next, click 'Account'.
Type in any Connector Tags you would like to add to your account. After typing a tag, hit Enter on your keyboard to add it. Note: you can add up to 6 tags.
When you're done adding tags, click 'Update' to save them.
You can now add these tags to an existing Connector or use them when adding individual Connectors or uploading a list of Connectors in bulk.
To add to an existing Connector, click the person's name.
Enter the details around the tag you added then select save.
You will then see the new tag available when building a Connector List.
