Prescreen Survey Statuses
There are a few different indicators you may see when viewing Prescreen Surveys. To find these, click 'Jobs' in the left navigation, then click on a job title.
In the applicants tab, you will be able to see the score for the applicants who have completed the prescreen survey as well as the status for those that have not completed the survey.
You may see three different statuses:
- Sent: The prescreen survey has been sent to the applicant and we are waiting for them to complete the survey. NOTE: The prescreen survey is sent automatically to applicants who apply online.
- Send: They prescreen survey has NOT been sent to the applicant and you need to manually send it for them to complete. This is the case if you manually enter an applicant and they did not complete the online application form.
- A Percentage Is Shown: When the survey has been completed, you will see the score in the applicants tab. You can use this as a screening step to determine whether or not to move forward with the applicant. Note: If the applicant scored 0% by either responding to all statements unfavorably or by responding to a knockout question unfavorably, no score will be displayed in this section. You can click the 'Report Card' tab to verify the prescreen survey score.
