Although it is not necessary to sync your calendar in order to schedule interviews, doing so adds a level of clarity. By syncing your calendar, you can avoid overbooking yourself because you will not be presented with interview slots that conflict with already scheduled events.

Syncing Your Calendar
Connect all the calendars that matter! Link more than one calendar to your account — work, personal, etc — so your availability is always accurate across all of them. Managed from the new Calendar tab in your profile.
- Supported email providers: iCloud, Google, Office365, Outlook.com, Exchange
NOTE: Any calendar connected to your account will have interview events written to it automatically when interviews are scheduled through Hireology.
NOTE: Shared calendars are not supported. If you need to stay in sync with a shared calendar, we recommend subscribing to it through your own email provider.
To connect multiple calendars, navigate to your personal settings --> Calendar Sync.
To connect your first calendar, select "Connect Calendar". If you already have a calendar connected and are looking to connect another calendar, select "Connect Another Calendar". Follow the prompts to connect your calendar(s).
Once complete, you can review calendars connect and remove as needed.
Administrators can see which users have their calendars synced by clicking 'Management' and then 'Manage Users'. You will note 'Calendar Synced' next to users who have completed this.
