The Hired stage is where candidates land once you've made the decision to bring them on board. The new design streamlines this stage to focus on two key next steps: getting the new hire into your payroll or HRIS system, and starting their onboarding if applicable.

Key Features
Move to Hire Stage/ Hired Date
You can move a candidate to the hire stage from any pipeline stage by selecting the drop-down and clicking "Move to Hired".
You can also progress a candidate forward within the candidate drawer. When you advance a candidate to Hires, you will be prompted to select their hire date and confirm the hire.
Each candidate in the Hired stage displays the date they were marked as hired, giving you an easy reference for your records.
Sync to Payroll
Easily sync hired candidates to your payroll or HRIS system — such as ADP, BambooHR, Netchex, UKG, or Workforce Now. Click the Sync option next to a hired candidate's name to walk through the process. Once synced, the candidate's card will update to show their sync status so you can confirm the transfer is complete.
Start Onboarding
If you have onboarding enabled in your Hireology account, a quick link on each hired candidate's card takes you directly to the onboarding tab to get the process started. From there, you can set a start date and assign an onboarding workflow.
Move Back to In Progress
If needed, you can move a hired candidate back to the In Progress stage. This is useful if a hire falls through before their start date or if additional steps need to be completed before they are formally onboarded.
Messaging a Hired Candidate
You can still communicate with candidates after they've been hired. Click on their name from the Hired tab to open the Candidate Drawer, where you can send an email or SMS message directly.
