A Hiring Team is made up of the person or people who are involved with the hiring process for a job. All open jobs require at least a Hiring Manager who by default is the person opening the job. However, the Hiring Manager can be changed or other users can be added to build out the Hiring Team.

Adding Users to the Hiring Team When Opening a Job
To open a job, click '+Open a job' in the top navigation of your Hireology account.
Scroll down to the "Add Your Hiring Team" section, you will see the Hiring Manager selector which defaults to the user who is opening the job.
To change the Hiring Manager assigned to the job, click the dropdown menu and select another user. The original Hiring Manager will be included as a hiring team member automatically.
To add other members to the Hiring Team for this job, begin typing a user's name into the 'Add hiring team members' field. Note: You can only add registered users to the hiring team. If you need to create a new user, see Adding & Removing Users.
You can also remove team members by clicking the 'x'.
Continue entering the job information, then click 'Next' at the bottom of the page to complete the steps and open the job.
Adding Users to the Hiring Team of an Open Job
To add users to the hiring team of a job that's already been opened, click 'Jobs' in the top, left corner of your Hireology account. Next, click the edit icon next to the title of the job you would like to make changes to.
To change the Hiring Manager for the job, click the dropdown menu and select a user. The original Hiring Manager will be included as a hiring team member automatically.
To add other members to the Hiring Team for this job, begin typing a user's name into the 'Add hiring team members' field.
You can also remove team members by clicking 'x'. Click 'Save & Exit' to save the new Hiring Team.
The added team members will be able to see the job, view applicants, and complete tasks. They will also receive notification emails whenever someone applies and/or completes a prescreen survey.
