Action Center Overview
With the key focus to streamline hiring for decentralized businesses, Hireology is thrilled to offer account admins the opportunity to monitor hiring activities across multiple locations. Action Center enables user to see an inclusive list of jobs, flag roles that need additional attention, monitor hiring managers engagement and export data from one key location.
Access Action Center from the 'Beaker button' or the 'Action Center' icon in the top left of your Hireology account.
Configuring your Action Center
When you first access Action Center, you will want to start taking action to configure settings and alerts.
All Jobs
Select the "All Jobs" tile to view and filter jobs across all locations
Use drop downs and select "Apply Filters" to narrow down the list of available jobs. Select "Reset all filters" as needed.
Filters include: Location, department, role visibility, job location, and hiring manager.
From the "All Job" view, you can pin roles that require extra attention. Pinned roles will then be visible for review on the "Pinned" tile.
NOTE: You can also view the roles visibility. The 'lock' icon is present for 'Internal' jobs and the 'globe' icon is present for public roles. Learn more about job visibility here.

Understand key details such as title, location and status, change the visibility and status of jobs, and track the number of job seekers in each phase of the hiring process and navigate directly to those pipelines. The drawer will also alert you to 'issues' related to other configured action center triggers.
