Marking a Candidate as Hired
To mark a candidate as Hired, click 'Jobs' at the top of your hiring site.
Next, click 'Candidates' to the right of the position you're hiring for.
Click 'Hire' for the candidate you have chosen to add to your team.
Select the Hire Date and click 'Apply'. Please note, the Hire Date should be the date the person accepted the offer, not their start date. This date is used in your "Time to Hire" insights report.
Sending a Hire Email
After completing the Hire step, you will see a brief popup notifying you that the candidate has been moved to 'Hired'. If you'd like, you can send the new hire an email alerting them to this. (If you miss this step or aren't sure if you want to do it, you will be able to send the email at a later time*.)
Click 'Send hire letter' in the popup.
Review or customize the email template, then click 'Send'.
*To send the Hire email later, first, locate your new hire, then click on their name.
Next, click their email address.
Choose the New Hire Email or custom template you would like to use.
Review the email, then click Send.
Viewing New Hires
Anyone marked as hired can now be found in the "Hires" tab for that role. To view your hires, click 'Jobs' at the top of your hiring site, then click on the job title.
