If at any point, you decide that you want to make edits to any of the interview guides within your Hiring Process, you can. Although you may have several different interviews you conduct for a given position or even on an account level, the process to edit them is the same.

How to edit interview guides from the Edit Job page
From the 'Jobs' tab in the navigation bar, click on the pencil icon under the job title you would like to edit an Interview for
Navigate to the 'Hiring Steps page
Select the pencil icon to the right of the interview you are looking to edit
Select 'edit' again to start to make changes
You can then begin editing the interview guide by editing or removing a question already in the script
You can also search through our question bank by typing into the Search box or select one of the competencies to view questions in our question bank that are related
You are also able to type is a new question and select 'Add' to include it in your interview script
You can also drag and drop questions to either include a question from the bank or rearrange the order of questions currently in your interview
Select 'Save' in the upper right hand corner to save changes to the interview when you are complete

Select 'Hiring Steps'
Select 'Interviews' from the top navigation
Either search for your interview or scroll and select the interview you are looking to edit.
Select 'edit' again to start to make changes
You can then begin editing the interview guide by editing or removing a question already in the script
