If you've had a change of heart on a candidate and decide that after declining them out of the process, they may be a good fit after all, you can easily move them back from 'Declined'.

Moving a candidate back to active from declined status

Start by searching for your candidate using the 'Candidates' tab from the navigation bar at the top of your screen. Once you locate them in your search, click on their name.

You should now be on the Overview page. On the right hand side of the Overview, you will see a list the job(s) they're associated with. Click on the job title you would like to move them back into the running for.

You will see a  'Move to Candidates' button. Clicking this will move them from Declined to Active!

Alternatively, if you know the job you are looking to update, you can locate the candidate within that specific job by clicking on the 'Declined' tab and then selecting 'Move to Candidates'
