The Hireology mobile app is a great tool for hiring managers to connect with new applicants quickly and kickstart the hiring process. You can download our app for your smartphone by searching for Hireology in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Reviewing Applicants and Applicant Details
You can review applicants in the mobile app by tapping the 'Start Reviewing' button. This will take you through all new applicants in order of oldest to newest.
To review applicants by job, tap a job at the bottom of the screen. The numbers in the green bubbles indicate how many new applicants there are for that specific job.
You can find important details about applicants when viewing them in the mobile app. These details include:

Title of the job they applied for

City and state where the job is located
- Date and source of the application
If an applicant has applied to other jobs within your organization, you will see it noted beneath their name.
Tapping the link will display any job(s) the applicant previously applied for including the job title, location, and date of last activity.
You can view an applicant's documents, see their prescreen survey responses, and add a comment.
View documents - Displays a list of attached documents including Resumes, Cover Letters, and Application forms. Tapping a document will download the file to your mobile device for viewing.
View Prescreen Survey results - See how the applicant answered specific questions.
You are also able to resend the Prescreen Survey if it has not been completed yet.
Leave a comment - Type a comment for yourself or your hiring team. Use the @mention feature to tag other users in comments.
Tags- Users will see any tags that have been assigned to applicants.
Communicating with Applicants
You can communicate with applicants by clicking the Call, Email, or SMS button. A green bubble indicates that a response has been received.
Tap the Email or SMS option to send a message or view message history.
If an applicant has opted out of text message communication, the SMS button will be grayed out.
When emailing, you are able to add a cc or bcc to the message and select from company saved communication templates available.
Declining, Skipping, or Advancing Applicants
After reviewing an applicant, you can choose to Decline, Skip, or Advance the applicant. When you've selected one of those options, you will be taken to the next new applicant in the queue. Skipping an applicant will leave them in your review queue until a Decline or Advance action is taken.
Decline
If you will not be moving forward with an applicant you can Decline them. When declining applicants, you can send an email notifying them of your decision. To schedule when the email is sent, click the date. Click 'Edit email' to edit the message prior to sending. If Disposition Codes are enabled for your account, click 'Choose a disposition code' to select one.
To decline without sending an email, click the switch.
Skip for now
Skipping an applicant keeps them in your review queue until a Decline or Advance action is taken. After skipping someone, you will be taken to the next new applicant in the queue.
Advance
If an applicant appears to be a good fit, you can Advance them to the next step in your hiring process. When advancing applicants, you can send an email notifying them of your decision. To edit the email prior to sending, click 'Edit email'.
To advance without sending an email, click the switch.
When you've finished reviewing all new applicants, you will see a message confirming that you are all caught up!
People Search
Search for applicants or candidates via the mobile app to continue your conversation, reject them or mark them as hired.
Select "People" and then add filters to show desired results. Select "Show Results" or "Clear" to remove filters.
Hiring via Mobile
To mark someone as Hired via the mobile app, locate them via People Search as described above. Select their name and then select "Hire" from the bottom
When you select "Hire" you will be asked to confirm the candidates Hire date, select "Hire" again to complete the action.
Once completed, you will see a confirmation page
