The Hireology mobile app is a great tool for hiring managers to connect with new applicants quickly and kickstart the hiring process. You can download the app for your smartphone by visiting hireology.com/mobile or searching for Hireology in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Declining Applicants in the Mobile App
New applicants can be reviewed using the mobile app. If you determine that the applicant is not a good fit, you can take the Decline action from within the app.
To begin, click 'Start Reviewing'.
Next, click 'Decline'.
If you would like to send the applicant an email notifying them that they have not been selected for the position, tap the toggle to turn it on. To delay the sending of the message, you can tap the date to choose when you would like it to be sent. You can also review or edit the message by tapping 'Edit Email'.
If Disposition Codes are turned On in your account, you will be prompted to select a code.
After clicking 'Decline', you will see a brief confirmation that the action has been completed before being redirected to the main screen. The applicant will no longer be in your review queue but you can view Declined applicants by logging into your account from a desktop or laptop computer.
