Hireology’s new insights page enables users to access advanced, customizable reporting features, facilitating in-depth analysis of hiring metrics and overall business performance. Regularly reviewing this data will allow you to track usage to defined goals and identify areas of opportunity within your hiring process.

Hiring Velocity & Velocity by Location
Hiring Velocity measures how efficiently you are moving candidates through your process. The greater your velocity the more time you save.Data insights available include:
- Percent Reviewed
- Time to Hire
- Average Time in Each Hiring Step
- Time to Onboarding Completion (If Applicable)
- Time to Hire by Job Role
- Time to Fill by Job Role

Totals
The Totals report allows you to view and filter all activity during a specific time period. Drill down into monthly and department totals as well as total declined by disposition code.
Funnel Report
Review how applicants funnel through your hiring process and understand your organizations conversion from applicant to hire. Reporting here will track cohort, or applicants who applied within the selected timeframe. Reporting between "totals" and "funnel" may differ for this reason.
Hiring Steps
The Hiring Steps report tracks data on the volume of hiring steps completed. This can include additional tools like testing, reference checks, and background checks. Understand activities completed prior to hire.
Sourcing Performance
Sourcing Performance offers a clear picture of where quality applicants are coming from and get a sense of your ROI for sponsored job board posts.
User Activity
View and filter data based on your hiring teams activity within the Hireology account. Understand user engagement and adoption on key tools such as SMS texting.
Alerts, Downloading & Scheduling Data Delivery
Maximize the impact of insights data by scheduling alerts based on ideal activity thresholds, schedule or download raw data for comprehensive analysis.
