FAQs
-
Why is the new insights data slightly different from previous reports?
- Our data analytics team is focused on measuring what matters. To help our customers better identify areas of improvement, our speed metrics such as Time to Review, Percent Reviewed and Time to Hire no longer include applicants transferred into a job or applicants manually uploaded by Hireology administrators.
-
I used my Hireology account today, why doesn’t the “Last Login” date on the User Activity dashboard reflect that?
- This report only shows your last login date, rather than your last session date. For reference, Hireology users will be automatically logged out after 24 hours of inactivity. Users who take action within their account more often than every 24 hours will be automatically logged out every 14 days to maintain their account security.
