How to Find Credentials for UKG Ready Integration
Company ID: After logging in to the Ready portal, click on the hamburger icon on the top left, select Team, go to My Employees, and select Employee Info. Find the circular button to find that "Add/remove columns button. Select Company ID/Company System ID and Company Short Name, and click on the arrow next to each one. Select "Add" and you’ll find CID and Company Short Name in the Employee Information view now.
Hostname: Your hostname is your URL upon login. Copy and paste the url before any / in this field. An example: secure5.us.rdy.ukg.dev
Client Secret: Once logged in, Navigate to Global set up > Company set up > Login configuration > Add Oauth application > Machine to Machine > Generate Secret
Client ID: Once logged in, Navigate to Global set up > Company set up > Login config > Add Oauth application > Machine to Machine > Generate Secret > Your ID will be displayed.
