Hireology offers the flexibility to post for your open positions either publicly or internally depending on your recruiting objective. Public jobs are automatically sent to the job sites we partner with and will also be visible on your Hireology careers page. Internal jobs are not distributed to the job sites, nor are they visible on your Hireology careers page. They can only be accessed by sharing the direct link to the job.

Opening an Internal Job
Begin by clicking '+Open a Job' and following the prompts.
Changing the Visibility for an Open Job
Whether you opened a job with Public visibility and would like to switch it to Internal, or opened a job with Internal visibility and would like to set it to Public, you can make these changes at any time.
To do this, click the 'Jobs' tab in the left navigation of your Hireology account, then click on the job title.
Click the Visibility dropdown menu and choose either Public or Internal to make the desired change. Note: It can take 24 to 48 hours for the job sites to update and reflect visibility changes.
Sharing Internal Jobs
To share an internal job, click the 'Jobs' tab in the top, left of your Hireology account, then click on the job title.
Click the 'Share' button.
In the popup, you have the option to copy the job link or send the job directly to someone via email.
