If your Hireology package includes payroll, you will be able to sync new hires directly to your Netchex account from Hireology.

Hiring a Candidate
In order to sync a candidate to Netchex, they must first be marked as hired. To do this, click the 'Hire' button beside their name, choose their hire date, and click 'Apply'. For detailed instructions on marking candidates as hired, see Hiring a Candidate.
Syncing a New Hire to Netchex
Once a candidate has been hired, they will appear in the Hires tab where you can sync them to any post-hire integrations active for your account.
To sync a new hire to Netchex, click 'Sync'.
When the sync is complete, you will see a popup confirming the sync along with a green check mark indicating that the new hire is now synced.
Locating the New Hire in Netchex
To view the new hire in Netchex, log into your Netchex account, click the 'People' tab, then select the 'Onboarding' tab.
You will see the newly synced hire in the Pending Onboarding section.
The new hire will receive an email asking them to provide additional information.
When the new hire's information has been submitted, they will move to the Pending Activation section.
