Hireology offers the ability to automatically refresh your jobs every 60 days. This keeps them looking relevant to job seekers and in good standing with the sites we feed your jobs to, which promotes consistent applicant traffic. Users with job edit permissions are able to adjust job Refresh.

Turning On Automatic Refresh for a New Job
To turn on Automatic Refresh for a new job, begin by clicking '+Open a Job'. Choose from the 'Use an existing job' or 'Create a job' list.
At the bottom of the Job Details section on the first page, check the box to select 'Automatically refresh this job on job boards'.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Next', then follow the prompts to open the job.
Turning On Automatic Refresh for an Open Job
If you would like to turn on Automatic Refresh for a job that's already been opened, head to the 'Jobs' page and click on the job title.
Next, click the 'Refresh' button.
Check the box to select 'Automatically refresh this job'.
A message will indicate when the job will be refreshed. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for the refreshed job to update on the various job sites.
Viewing Job Refresh Details
Even after a job is refreshed, the original 'Opened' date will remain the same.
You can view the job refresh history in the details of the job itself. To do this, click on the job title from the 'Jobs' page.
Next, click the 'Details' tab and scroll down to 'Recent Activity'.
Sponsored Jobs and Automatic Refresh
Auto refresh will be paused for jobs that are sponsored through Hireology. Once the sponsored listing is complete, job refresh will resume automatically.
