The Knowledge Base
Our Knowledge Base is the epicenter for all things Hireology. Within the knowledge base, you can find articles with step-by-step instructions and screenshots, how-to videos, and answer to frequently asked questions.
You can access the knowledge base within the Hireology platform by clicking the question mark icon at the top of the page. You can also click 'Support' at the bottom, right of the page for a guided experience.
Updates & Announcements
As with all technology, there are frequent updates, enhancements, and fixes to the Hireology platform. When we've shared something new, you will see a notification alert beside the bell icon in your Hireology account. Click the bell to view the latest announcement! You can also visit Hireology's Changelog to view release notes.
Live Training Webinars
Whether you are a new user or a seasoned pro, all customers are welcome to join our weekly training webinars. These sessions are hosted by our Customer Success team and provide attendees with an in-depth look at the app and the opportunity to get questions answered directly.
