Launching the Resource Center
Hireology's Resource Center can be easily accessed by clicking the 'Resource Center' bubble from any page of your Hireology account.
Our Knowledge Base is the epicenter for all things Hireology. Within the knowledge base, you can find articles with step-by-step instructions and screenshots, how-to videos, and answers to frequently asked questions. You can access the knowledge base by selecting 'Knowledge Base' in the Resource Center.
As with all technology, there are frequent updates, enhancements, and fixes to the Hireology platform. To see what's new, select 'What's New' from the Resource Center. You can also visit Hireology's Changelog to view release notes.
The chat feature offers a few options to get you the answers you need. To open the chat widget, click 'Chat Support' in the Resource Center. The chatbot will first present you with suggested Knowledge Base topics using contextual clues from the page you are on. You may also type a keyword or question for a list of related Knowledge Base topics. If none of the recommended topics provide the right answer, you will have the option to get in touch with Hireology's Customer Care team via live chat (available during normal business hours) or by submitting a ticket.
Hireology offers a plethora of tools to simplify the hiring process. To learn about features you may not be using or to upgrade your account to one of these options, click 'Upgrade' in the Resource Center.
