Get started with Hireology by inviting users, opening a job and configuring your account to fit your preferences. Below you will learn the basics on how to use your Hireology account to get up to speed fast in order to attract, hire and manage your best team.
To start, go to app.hireology.com and use your email and password to login. If you have forgotten your password and wish to reset it, please click on ‘Forget your Password?’ or follow the instructions in this support article.
As a Hireology user, you are able to manage the emails you wish to receive from the activity within your account. You can adjust these emails and their frequency in your user settings menu. To update your email notifications, follow the instructions in this support article.
Once you have adjusted the communication settings to your liking, you are ready to start creating user permissions and adding users to your account. At Hireology, you have access to an unlimited amount of users. However, only users with ‘Admin’ access can edit or create new user permissions. Next, you can adjust the settings for your Career Site directly from your Hireology account. These content-rich career sites are designed to help you tell your company store and attract interested applicants from any device. Opening a Job
As you wrap up configuring your account settings, you are ready to open your first job within Hireology. To get started, follow the instructions in this support article. Once you have successfully opened a new job, it will automatically be broadcasted to Google for Jobs, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Jooble, Jobcase, Careerjet, Talent.com, and Lensa.
With each open job there is an associated hiring process that your team can follow to ensure you are creating a consistent hiring process across hiring managers and locations. To update your hiring process, please follow the instructions in this support article.
Set Up Indeed Account
Although our jobs are not ingested automatically with Indeed’s organic feed, we have a way to help our customers get their open positions in Hireology seen on Indeed. Please follow the instructions in this support article to get started.

Once you have posted a job and applicants begin to apply, you will need to review those applications in a timely manner to ensure you are not missing out on top talent. Watch this step-by-step video tutorial on how to review applicants in your Hireology account.

Hireology also offers an Inbox feature. Inbox is designed to centralize all hiring manager communication within the Hireology platform. Users can review all new and previous communication with applicants and candidates in one dedicated messaging center. Simply click on the ‘bell’ icon in the top right corner of your account to see all new and reviewed messages.
Customizing Your Account
When your Hireology account is configured, you have access to a basic application form that can be customized to your liking. You are able to edit and create as many new applications as you wish.
