User Permissions for Custom Fields
Access to custom fields can be configured at the individual user level. This ensures that only the appropriate team members can view or edit the Job Details form. By default, the True Account Owner at the ultimate parent account will have access to this feature.
The True Account Owner can provide access to other users at the ultimate parent account by clicking on 'Management' and then 'Manage Users'.

Using Custom Fields in Approval Workflows
When combined with approval workflows, custom fields can help you create a comprehensive job requisition form.
Select “Job Details” in the “Submitters” step of the approval workflow configuration in order to require hiring managers to request a job via the job requisition form.
Custom Fields will be available for the submitter to fill out when opening a role on the 'Details' page.
Please note that custom fields can be used independently from approval workflows in case your team doesn't leverage this process.
Best Practices
- When appropriate, leverage a variety of different field types to enrich the form submission experience
- Keep field labels simple and user-friendly
- Avoid overloading the form; only ask for what you truly need
