You can only order tests and assessments for candidates that are in your Hireology account. If you have a candidate you would like to run testing on that is not already associated to a job in your account, you can do so by adding them manually.
To start, click on the 'Add New Candidate' button from within one of your open jobs on the 'Candidates' tab. Add in the candidate's first and last name, and email address then click 'Save Candidate'.
Note: You can only order test, assessments, reference checks, and background checks if an applicant has been moved to a candidate.
Once the person has been added to your system, you will see them within the job. Click 'Send' under the 'Testing' heading.
Click 'Order skills tests' then choose the tests you want to send to the person. Click 'Continue'.
Confirm the candidate's name and email then click 'Continue' to review the order details one last time. After you've had a chance to review, click 'Complete Order' to submit. The candidate will then receive an email with details for how to complete the ordered test(s).
