When someone applies for your job, you can see the information they provided within their profile. The Documents section always includes tabs for Resume, Cover Letter, and Application. Whether or not an applicant provides these documents is dependent upon how you configured the Application Form when opening the job. Additionally, if you included a Prescreen Survey in the Hiring Steps, you will see a Prescreen Survey tab in the Documents section, as well.

Locating Applicant or Candidate Documents
To locate an applicant's documents, click 'Jobs' in the top left of your hiring site. Click the 'Applicants' button beneath a job title to view your list of applicants, then click on an applicant's name. Within their profile, click 'Documents' to see the Resume, Cover Letter, and Application tabs. You will also see a Prescreen Survey tab if you included a Prescreen Survey in your Hiring Steps.
When an applicant is advanced to a candidate, the documents remain in their profile. To access a candidate's documents, click 'Jobs' in the top left of your hiring site. Click the 'Candidates' button beneath a job title to view your list of candidates, then click on a candidate's name. Within their profile, click 'Documents' to see the Resume, Cover Letter, and Application tabs. You will also see a Prescreen Survey tab if you included a Prescreen Survey in your Hiring Steps.

1. Click 'Jobs' in the top left of your hiring site.
2. Click 'Applicants' or 'Candidates' under a job title.
3. Click on an applicant or candidate's name.
4. Click 'Documents' to access Prescreen Survey (if applicable), Resume, Cover Letter, and Application documents.
Searching by Name to Locate Documents
You can also access applicant or candidate documents by searching for someone directly. To do this, click the Candidates tab in the top left of your hiring site. Type an applicant or candidate's name in the search bar. You can use filters to narrow down your search if needed.
When you've located the person you would like to review, click on their name to see the preview page. Here you can view their Resume and Recent Activity. To drill down further, click the title of the job they're associated with on the right side of the page. This will take you to their profile where you can click 'Documents' to see the Resume, Cover Letter, and Application tabs. You will also see a Prescreen Survey tab if you included a Prescreen Survey in your Hiring Steps.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Click 'Candidates' in the top left of your hiring site.
2. Type a name into the search bar.
3. Click the applicant or candidate's name to see the preview.
4. Click the title of the job they applied to.
5. Click 'Documents' to access Prescreen Survey (if applicable), Resume, Cover Letter, and Application documents.
