We know that you may interview tens, if not hundreds of candidates for a given role, and having notes to go back to later to remind yourself why you liked (or didn't like) a particular candidate is crucially important. With every interview, we give you ample space to ensure that you have what you need to take as many notes as possible about the candidate.

Using the Interview Notepad
Each interview guide question includes a field to type out candidates' responses. On the left of the page, you will find a separate "Notepad" to capture other thoughts or feelings about the candidate. The Notepad is a great place to record a summary of interview conversations. It's also an excellent way for other hiring managers to get a quick overview of your thoughts on a candidate.
