Hireology partners with Proliant to help long-term care agencies streamline caregiver hiring, onboarding, and scheduling. You can seamlessly transfer new hire data from your Hireology account directly into Proliant.

Enabling the Proliant Integration

To enable the Proliant integration for your Hireology account, please contact your Hireology Customer Success Manager or support@hireology.com. Our team will be able to activate the integration for your account.

Syncing New Hires to Proliant

Once activated, data will be transferred from Hireology to Proliant when a candidate is marked as 'Hired'. The integration will automatically send data when this action is taken. 

Accessing New Hire Data in Proliant

To view new hire data in Proliant, log into your account and click 'Talent Acquisition'. Next, click 'E-Hire' and select 'Employee List.' On the Employee List page, you can review new hire data and synced fields in list view.
