If you wish to change your login email or reset your current password, please follow the below instructions.
Changing Email or Password from Inside Hireology
To start, click on the 'Hi [Your Name]' button in the upper, right hand corner of your account. Then select 'My Info' from the dropdown menu.
On the 'My Info' page, you will see a menu to the right hand side of the page to update your info. Click on 'Edit your personal information.' You will be taken to another screen where you are able to update your login email and password. Make sure to click 'Update' to save the changes.
Changing Email or Password from the Login Screen
You are also able to reset your password from the login screen itself. When signing into your Hireology account, simply click on 'Forgot your password?' Enter in your login email and click 'Send Reset Link.' If you are an authorized user, instructions will be sent to you with how to reset your password.
Note: Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character and may not contain more than three repeating or sequential characters or any personal identifiers or usernames.
