The Comments feature is a useful tool that enables you to log notes related to an applicant or candidate. You can leave comments for yourself or use @Mentions to loop in other users on your account.

Adding Comments to an Applicant's or Candidate's Profile
To use the Comments feature, click 'Jobs' in the top, left of your Hireology account, then click on a job title.
Choose either the Applicants or Candidates tab to locate people who have applied for the job.
Click on a person's name to open their profile.
Next, click the comment bubble icon beside the applicant's or candidate's name to open Comments.
Type your notes into the comments section. You also have the option to attach a file if needed. Click '+Add Comments' to save your notes.
You will see your comment logged at the bottom of the tool along with a date.
@Mentioning Other Users in Comments
To @mention another user in a comment, type the @ symbol directly followed by the person's name. As long as the person is a registered user in your account, you will see their name pop up and can click it to add them.
Type your comment and click '+Add Comment'.
You will see your comment logged at the bottom of the tool with the @mentioned user shaded in gray. The user will be notified via email to review the comment.
Deleting Internal Comments
If you would like to remove a comment from an applicant's or candidate's profile, you can easily do that! Within the Comments tool, click 'Delete' beside the comment you would like to remove.
Deleted comments will also be removed from the activity applicant's or candidate's History page.
