There might be times when you need to update an applicant or candidate's details. Whether the applicant mistyped something when applying or provides new contact information, you can edit those details in your Hireology account.

What details can I edit?
Applicant or candidate information that can be edited includes First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address.
If you find out later that an applicant was referred by someone on your team, you can add the 'Referred by' name. You can also attach a resume if one was not originally included or a new resume is provided.
How do I edit applicant / candidate details?
To edit an applicant or candidate's information, begin by searching for the person in your Hireology account. After you have clicked their name to open their file, select the 'Report Card' tab.
Click 'Edit' in the Candidate Details section.
Make the necessary changes, then click 'Update Candidate'.
