Telling if an applicant applied to multiple jobs within your account (or across locations) and how many positions they've applied for is super easy.

Identifying a duplicate applicant
If your applicant or candidate has applied to other positions, you will see an icon and a number next to their name. The number will correspond to the number of positions the candidate has applied for.
Reviewing additional jobs the applicant applied to
If you click on the icon, a dropdown will appear with all of the jobs the candidate is associated to.
Select one of the other positions they have applied to and you will be taken to the candidate to review their Report Card and take action within that role.
