Insights and Reporting
The reporting available in your Hireology account provides insight into your hiring velocity, hiring process adherence, and applicant sourcing. You can also view reporting related to candidate and background check status.
To begin reviewing data, click on "Insights". From the insights tab you can review the 30 day overview of data or dig in deeper to review:

Hiring Velocity: measuring how efficiently you are moving candidates through your process. The greater your velocity the more time you save. The metrics on this page will show where you are doing well and where there is opportunity to improve.
- Process Adherence: This Process Health report measures how closely your team is following your hiring process. A consistent process helps you make a quality hire in a shorter amount of time.
- Applicant Sourcing: Get a clear picture of where quality applicants are coming from and get a sense of your ROI.
From the insights tab, you are also able to view reporting related to candidate and background check status.
- Select "Reporting" after navigating to the Insights tab and use the drop downs available to select a report and necessary filters.
Indeed Disposition Sync
Another critical intelligence tool available is Indeed Disposition Sync. For applicants that apply via Indeed, when actions are taken on these applicants and candidates, Indeed Disposition Sync automatically sends this information to Indeed. This data is aggregated by Indeed and over time, is used to improve the way jobs are displayed to job seekers with matching qualifications.
There is no action on the users end to enable this sync. However, we recommend you review our detailed knowledge base article to review the actions that trigger this sync.
