30 day overview

The 30 day overview insight offers a snapshot of critical hiring metrics. This report calls attention to the  "most imporant" metrics, such as time to review applicants, quality applicants and hires made in the last 30 days. 

The 30 day overview also shows your fill rate and highlights any jobs closed without a hire marked.

Goal setting

Hireology Insights provides a valuable tool that you can use to set goals for each metric measured in the Hiring Velocity Insight report. Goal setting is beneficial to hold your team accountable to business metrics.

This report showcases hiring process health and measures how closely your team is following your hiring process. A consistent process helps you make a quality hire in a shorter amount of time.

Reporting
