Assigning tags
Tags are a great way to categorize applicants and candidates based on attributes reflecting skills, certifications, experience, or other details. Tagging an applicant or candidate enables you to search for and quickly identify profiles that might not usually be grouped together but have similar qualities.
We also recommend using tags as a search tool when reviewing your applicant database.
Customizing and assigning disposition codes
Disposition Codes are used to capture the reason an applicant or candidate fell out of the hiring process. This valuable insight could be needed months or even years down the road, so incorporating the use of Disposition Codes into your hiring process is important.
Unlike other communication tools, disposition codes need to be turned on in the "settings" tab. Disposition codes and be turned on as optional or required.
Once turned on, you can review and customize the codes available to users in your account.
You will be prompted to assign a disposition code when declining applicants or candidates. Select a code from the list of available options and select "move to declined" to finalize.
Customizing and sending text and email templates
Text and email templates are among our most used tools. Templates allow you to reach out or follow up with applicants quickly with branded and well thought out content.
