Hireology has various tools at your disposal (outside of interview guides) to help you identify the best fit for your open role. These tools can be used throughout the hiring process and offer additional information about the candidate - which will lead you to making the most informed hiring decision possible.
In this article we will cover:
Reference Checks
Reference checks are an important part of any hiring process, as they allow you to confirm that a potential new hire has a good track record at previous companies. Our reference checks are provided by SkillSurvey and offer an automated reference process. Once you order a reference check, you can check the following information:
Caliper Assessments
Caliper assessments are a fantastic way to measure a candidate's fit for a specific type of position, and you can order a Caliper assessment directly through your account. This assessment can also be coupled with a hard skills assessment to ensure the skills of a potential new hire have been adequately assessed. If you have any questions about reviewing the results of either of test assessments, you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@hireology.com.
Background Checks
Background checks are traditionally used towards the end of a hiring process to ensure your potential new hire can work for your organization. Our background checks are provided by Accurate, and you'll have to go through a one-time background check authorization prior to ordering these checks. Once completed, you can order in two ways:
You can view the status of a background check directly through Hireology, including viewing the completed results. If you ever have more detailed questions about the specific results of a background check, please reach out to support@hireology.com.
