Customize your Hireology-Hosted Careers Page
NOTE: If you have a Hireology Career site as part of your Hireology subscription, we recommend you skip this section. However, if you are planning on embedding the career widget or only using the Hireology career page, please review the following steps.
Customizing some basic settings of your Hireology-hosted career page helps convey your employer brand to potential applicants and creates a cohesive experience for them when reviewing your page and applying to roles.
Under the "Career Site" tab of the settings menu, we recommend making the following adjustments:
- Add your company logo and update font colors with your company branding.
- Enter in an email address that can be used as an alternative form of contact for employment and appear in the footer of your career site.
- Embed your Hireology career site on your company website to create a cohesive experience
Google Tracking
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website and mobile app traffic & events. You can add your Google Tag Manager ID or Google Analytics 4 ID to track applicant activity and conversion within your Hireology account.
Social Media Links
Further customize your career site by adding your social media links. The sites that you link to will appear in the header of your career page.
Job Ordering
By default, jobs will appear on your Hireology career site from newest to oldest but you can customize the order in which they appear. When custom ordering is turned on, your job list will remain in the selected order with any new jobs appearing at the bottom. Remember to update this list as needed!
