E-Verify FAQ
What is E-Verify?
- E-Verify is a United States Department of Homeland Security website that allows businesses to determine the eligibility of their employees, both U.S. and foreign citizens, to work in the United States
E-Verify enabled for your account but the "Submit E-Verify" button is missing?
- The I9 needs to be submitted to E-Verify within 3 business days of your new hires start date. Ensure that the start date you enter in the I9 allows for this time restriction.
If you do not have E-Verify enabled within your Hireology onboarding portal, Contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@hireology.com.
