If you have other team members that would like to receive the email notifications when an automated reference check is ordered, you have the opportunity to sign them up on a candidate-by-candidate basis, regardless of whether or not they were the hiring manager that ordered the service.
During the order process, you will see a field to enter/change the email address that receives the notifications on the 'Tell us about your candidate' page. To enter multiple people, you can do so by adding a comma after each email address.
Once you have confirmed the candidate's information is correct and the notification settings are where you want them, click 'Next' to move to the next step of the process.
