Can I update a candidate's email address?

Have a candidate that misfired on their email address when they were filling out their application?

No problem, we have a quick and easy way to update.

To begin, search for your candidate using the 'Candidates' tab from the navigation bar to begin. Start typing their name and once they appear in your search, click on their name.

Once on the Candidate Overview page, click the 'Edit' button in the upper, right hand corner. Enter the new email address then click the 'Update Candidate' button to save your changes.

If you ordered any tests/assessments, reference checks or background checks prior to this update, you will need to contact Hireology Customer Care to resend the invite on the back end of the system. They can be reached at (312) 283-3610 or support@hireology.com.
